Ugh Official weight today- 151.8

:-(

This is the result of Brian's week at home, Halloween and now me being sick.

I WILL be back in the 140's by next Friday. No more eating whatever food is in front of me.

Although, to be perfectly honest, we really didn't have any money for food last week and so we made do with what we had. AKA Halloween candy and chips. :-[

Well that's all gone now and we have real food in the house.

As per Erica's idea, I started the 100 push-up and 200 sit-up challenge last week. I failed to do it this week so yesterday I just did the last day of last week's exercises and I figure I'll be able to pick up at weeks 2 and 4 respectively for each challenge on Sunday.

I haven't been training for my Turkey Trot AT ALL.  :-( Oh well. I'm not gonna let it get me too down.

If working out doesn't feel good for me and stresses me out I need to do some re-evaluating. Like bellydance is basically an hour and a half of straight cardio but I LOVE it.

Oh wellllll.

I will log this week. And journal. Have a good weekend everyone!

Gah. I didn't get to my first week of the sit-ups and push-ups. Too hectic this past week so I'll do it starting Monday.

Meh on the weight. I know it's discouraging to see it go up instead of down but just remember the photos Brian took! And since your tallish, a couple pounds won't make you look any different. :)

Belly dancing sounds so fun. I wish we could afford for me to take a class. I'm afraid I'd feel like an elephant. I'm not very graceful and was the type to play softball growing up instead of taking dance. I'm trying to get more in touch with my feminine side.

Oh, and I loved the Halloween costumes. Especially Aria's.

I haven't been training for my Turkey Trot either! Yikes! Bellydancing sounds so much fun. Hope you have a great weekend - and here's to a new week!
