Not very creative with the titles lately, sue me!
Okie dokie...
So I'm feeling better than I did yesterday thanks to your guys' comments.
Aria got up about 5 times last night which majorly sucked but oh well. I'll live.
I woke up and shredded the leftover chicken from Tuesday's dinner and then made a green enchilada casserole in the crockpot.
I had all the ingredients on hand and except for the shredding chicken part it was really easy. And the chicken was so tender that shredding it wasn't even all that bad.
I just ate my serving and they are delicious. I'm under my Cals for the day by about 300 hundred so I think I'm going to have seconds but I told myself I have to update first and I'll have them if I still want them after my entry is written.
I studied a lot for my lab practical that will cover the Urinary and Digestive systems tomorrow. I also walked 3 miles on the treadmill while I watched an episode of "Glee". (Which is a great show BTW) I'm walking at a 4 MPH pace with an incline ranging from 2-6% which feels great.
I finished and then did squats and lunges. I did the squats while I held Aria. She seemed cool with it and they made the exercise more challenging!
I feel GREAT about today. I did my best with what I have and I would definitely call it a success. It's just one of those the glass is 3/4 full kind of days. 
Tomorrow Brian and I have plans to go do Karaoke with some friends at a bar in town. I am going to go and have fun but I am going to limit myself to four drinks MAX! My official weigh in is friday morning and I don't want to do anything to jeopardize that. I'm also really freaking broke! But Thursday is Ladies Night at this bar and I can get 2 for 1 drinks all night. So pay for 2 drinks, get 4 which is PLENTY, and I'm done.
As far as work outs for tomorrow. I'm just finishing up my Week 2&4 of the PU/SU challenges.

I also did yoga last night after I logged off of here and then practiced my bellydancing choreography several times. I also will not be drinking tonight. Brian has to work and therefore I won't have a DD well, that saves me a couple hundred Cals and any potential Cals I might've consumed from poor judgement!
Do you put your recipes into cc? Do you have links? Your food always sounds sooo good and I would love to use my crock pot more!! You did awesome working out!! Just think of how much of a workout those squats will be when Aria turns 12~!!! ; ) Hope today is another 3/4 full kind of day!! |
