Can someone explain this to me in layman terms? Thank you in advance!!
The burn meter will tell you how many calories you have burned at that specific moment in the day. It's based on the time zone information you entered during registration and it resets itself to "0" at midnight. :) When you log exercise it will increase your total estimate for the day, otherwise it should always be the same number until you start losing weight (then it adjusts itself to your new basal metabolic rate). Well, not necessarily "laymens terms" but hopefully it's understandable... LOL |
