I went over my daily calories!!!! Wonderful on my second day!
No big deal babe. The first week I started I just ate what ever I normally would and logged it all so I could see how many calories I HAD been eating. Tomorrow is, of course, a new day. Don't beat yourself up about it, dieting is about learning new things and teaching yourself new ways to enjoy life. You'll find a plan that works for you. In the meantime, relax! ;) (Oh, and welcome to the community!) |
