I need breakfast ideas, or any meal ideas, I think about food 24-7 and get bored with my ideas.

I just had eggwhites and wheat toast.  I recommend Arnold Bakery Light because it's only 40 calories per slice.  When I get bored, I throw in veggies.  You could also try Kashi Go Lean Waffles.  Or yogurt with diced apples and cinnamon.

I constantly think about food too.  I don't want to diet for the rest of my life, but I realize I might have to.

RYC: I used to drink Vodka Club Sodas, Red Wine, shots of Tequila.  Lol, I had a really active social life that usually involved a party and a drink in my hand.  Now that I've cut out drinking for this month and next my party is at the gym. 


As for breakfast I would go with poached eggs over spinach and a light hollandaise sauce.  Sometimes I have a soft boiled egg with asparagus that I dip in the yolk.  FiberOne Honey Clusters is an insanely good cereal with 51% of your daily fiber for about 160 calories I believe.  Whole grain bread (I prefer Sara Lee delightful for the most fiber per calorie ratio) topped with a fried egg or avocado is also very satisfying.

 

As for being obsessed with food, I realize that I'm usually just happy with a taste.  Since I've started running in the morning for an hour then hit the gym at night after work I don't have a lot of eating time.  And I'm constantly reminding myself how hard I have to work just to burn off a few hundred calories. So a taste here and a taste there and replicas using vegetables and lean proteins usually does the trick for me.
