Entry Smoothie Cravings...

Lately I have been craving fruit smoothies...For the past 3 days I have being going to our local Smoothie Bar & today decided to buy a bunch of fresh fruits, yogurts & low calorie juice to start making my own smoothies. I am preping for tomorrow by loading my blender with all the contents (minus the ice)...that way tomorrow morning all I have to do is add ice, blend, & out the door I go. Tomorrow I will be having a berry smoothie with flaxseed...yummy! I have to be prepared at night...because in the morning everything seems to be an impossible feat.

Although I have been terrible at eating out lately, I am proud that I am realistic about my goals.  I have been running 5 miles about 4 times a week, so I am not completely off track. Gone are the days of me going psycho & staying at the gym for 2 hours because I ate out. Although, I would feel more comfortable if I lost about 3 lbs, I don't feel the need to put myself through all the psychological stress to get there. I have learned from experience that weight is lost when all things are in balance.  I also know the little steps add up. I am doing my best & prepping as much as I can for the days I work. Last week I made about 5 salads & I am so proud to say I finished all of them!  My lunch for tomorrow is in the fridge...all ready to go.  I have a cup of soup, a huge salad with feta cheese, a yogurt, and a sugar free jello.

Lately I have been on the hunt for a really fun workout video (& one that actually gets you moving.) I have most of the taebo & biggest loser ones. If anyone has any recommendations, please let me know!

thats so true that when things are in balance the weight comes off.  Sounds like you are in a good place right now!  :)
