Entry Turbo Jam, Cardio Party

Today I jogged 3 miles on the treadmill & then tried Turbo Jam, Cardio Party. This workout was definitely a challenge.  It was really fun, but I have to say, being my first time trying this workout, the routine was hard to figure out. I got frustrated a few times & just tried to keep moving. I don't usually enjoy workout videos that make you do a complicating routine, but I am hoping over time this video will get easier. In the meantime, I hope to keep trying other workout videos.

On another note, I have started logging my food here on Calorie-Count again. I have come to the realization that I eat a bunch of junk food (within my calorie limit of course), but still...

Fruit Roll Ups, Sugar-free puddings, Cap'n Crunch, Lean Pocket Pizzas...sheesh this looks awful. Well tomorrow is a new day & I am holding my head high. Besides I already have a fresh spring salad with grilled chicken prepped in the fridge for lunch tomorrow.

Have you tried Turbo Jam's 20-minutes workout? It's a good introduction to the movements Chalene uses in all Turbo Jam.

Anyway, just keep at it. You will get it. And once you do, you will enjoy it. Once you enjoy it, you will start dancing. Before you know it, 45 min passed and you burned tons of calories!
