I have been working out for about 2 months, although not consistently. It just seems that although I am watching what I am eatting, I am going up. Small amounts, but still not in the direction I want to be going.
My husband bought us a Wii for our anniversary, so I have been using that daily. Even on there I am gaining. I think it hurts more to go on there right now, because they want you to weigh in everyday. It is very hard to keep my motivation when I am not seeing results.
Today is also the first day of my "detox". I am hoping for some results and I am planning on sticking to a strict diet this week in hopes of seeing some results. I really hope this site will help me to get there. Here's hoping!
