ehh, no real change, i took 1tbspn last night of the oil, i went a little but like not days worth, ya know??  im scared to take 2 tbspns tonight bc i have mega back to back meetings tomm at work from the min i get in, 8:30 til 1pm, idk?!

still not able to eat intuitively, eating the same stuff, cant seem to let go, still eat when not hungry bc im almost scared to get too hungry!

my father got me mineral oil, 3tbspns  3 times a day, to help w constipation, it sounds TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

had a late meeting at work, home late...

title says it all, its now 715, im not hungry, just want to go to bed..

B: cereal w/milk+Trail mix, fage 2% w/flax

S: no time

L: chicken salad sandwich on a roll, trail mix, baby carrots, grapes

S: box of raisins, apple

S: apple, prunes dipped in PB

D: trail mix loaded salad, grapes, canned veggie+pasta soup w added mixed frozen veggies, some bread (ended up eating the enetire pot of soup w/tons of added veggies)

S: apple +pudding+some pb (and now i eat out of routine + habit, scared ill be hungry when i try to fall asleep)

Entry food pyramid reccs

so i went to the us gov food pyramid site and u can input info, so they dont have halves so i set myself as 5'4 and u cant put in how much excercise, just under 30 mins/day or over an hr, so i chose under 30, they told me 1800 cals to maintain and how many servings of diff foods.  well im not planning on going down to 1800 but what was so odd was the fruit+veg reccs, i mean 1.5 cups of fruit? thats like 1 large apple, i eat 3, and grapes.  same w veggies, 2.5 cups or something, thats like a carrot? it makes no sense.

do ppl like this site's tool?

wow, soooooooo many psycho posts today, excercising at a bmi of 12?? really, where r their parents>>

on a better note, im doing alrt!! lol ive had peanut butter at every meal today bc i wanted it, i love it, im going w what i want when i want.  im not weighing, im a bmi of 20 give or take (as of a few weeks ago) if im a 21 now, then so be it, im not obese or the opp, it is what it is!

sat so far-

B: Bagel w/PB+J, yogurt w/flax, large apple

S: almonds+prunes

L: PB+J, grapes

D: veg salad w/lots of trail mix, veg cheeseburger, butternut squash mashed w/ciniman, grapes

S: some PB, 100 Grand Candy bar, an apple, yogurt

so i feel like im still gaining, i KNOW i could, being 112-115 or whatever is still only a bmi of about 20, i KNOW there is still "room" to gain.  but im scared.

i know, ignore the silly calculators, but none ever tell me a reasonable amount, maybe reasonalbe but even if i BS it and sday im more active than i am, which is pointless, its still under 2000 calories, i dont know HOW to eat so little and still function.  my clothes ARE getting tighter tho...

so i think "intuitively", altho much is still regimented+still eat when not hungry, i think ive been around 2200-2500 but mostly in the middle, i hope that works for me, seems way too good to be possible tho..

B: cereal w milk+trail mix, greek yogurt w.flax

S: an apple

L: tuna salad on a roll, baby carrots, grapes, trail mix

S: large apple, plum, frozen blueberry waffle w/frozen fruit+sugar warmed together

D: salad w/trail mix+grapes, chicken burger w/ketchup+tzatziki sauce, corn on cob

S: PB, kit kat, yogurt, apple

i THINK i was sort of intuitivfe, except im eating now even when not hungry, sort of out of routine/scared ill get hungry lying in bed+know i cant sleep then...

hungry hippo, already got into the challah+PB, its so good, a pre=bfast i suppose.  im ALWAYS hungry, altho not so much for my night snack so ill rearrange things maybe, not assume my night snack will be as large, and eat more earlier.  also, NO way in hell i could stick to 2000 cals/day, id really starve, i think my body is hungry for about 2300-2400 tbh. (thanks MERYL, im going to just TRY and go by my body, its so tough tho!)

Im wondering if since its now getting dark at 4:30ish, if i should move everything up and start going to bed earlier too?  id still wake up and have my regular day at work, but if i should then move up everything else, meals and what not?  anyone do this?

i wake up at 6, bfast at 7ish, what r ppl's eating schedules?

so im trying to eat according to hunger, my hunger is NEVER 2000 calories tho, and no calc even gives me that amount to maintaon on? YIKES

sat- (hungry all day)

S: honey almonds, golden raisins, prunes

L: turkey on a roll w/mayo+lettuce, grapes

S: ~tbspn + cinammin raisin PB, some trail mix

D: sweet potato w some plain fage, some pb, leftover turkey veggies, salad laoded w/trail mix, grapes

S: apple, couple pieces of trail mix, yogurt, chocolate pudding w/flax
