I just signed up for calorie-count, but have been dieting and exercising for over 6 months now.  My beginning weight was 312 lbs.  I started out walking the treadmill (could only do 10 min. a day).  Now I jog for 30 min. and do toning exercises for various body parts daily.  My family are all on board now - formed our own group.  I came across this website and thought it would be a great source for recipes and motivation.
