It's been 2 months since I started calorie count, and I'm addicted! Since joining I am down 22.2 lbs. Reading other people's stories has been very motivating. I know I'm not in this alone.
My exercise routine is going well, although I still have those days where I just don't feel like doing it. Usually knowing how well I'll feel after helps me get started, but not always.
The weather is starting to turn cooler. I love the fall, but am slightly dreading it as well. I'm afraid of turning into a couch potato again, when getting outside and active becomes more difficult. That shouldn't be an issue, since our master bedroom is starting to look like a gym, but being outdoors is just so much better some how.
