Entry Day 1 of my journey

I am going to track my eating habits and work out for the duration of my weight loss.  I am going to record my feelings as well as my accomplishments.  I would like for those who chose to comment on what ever they feel the need to just be kind...smile.. NO seriously if you feel that I can improve in certain areas please feel free to do so... Thanks in advance...Kim

Today for breakfast I had 6 egg whites with onion and garlic.  I made it like an omlette and was satisfied.  I also had ice coffee with liquid creamer about 3 tbsp.  I know the creamer is bad and that is something I must work on.  I haven't had soda in a week but coffee I can't seem to get rid of just yet.  I guess I have substituted soda for coffee.

For snack I had a small (medicine cup full) of craisins and sunflower seeds.  I am not sure how to measure out a 1/4 cup of anything yet.  I need help on this..

Its now 4:25 and I haven't had lunch yet but I am hungry.  I am going to have a chicken breast that I roasted myself with some salad and oil and red wine vinegar. 

I drank 16 ounces of water so far today and I am planning on drinking at least 16 ounces more.  Water is hard for me to get in but I am working on it.. 

For dinner not sure what I am going to have but I will type it in once I know or eat it...
