I woke up this morning and 2 of the 3 pounds I gained are gone. YEAH so I guess it wasn't fat. I assume. Today has been ok. I ate grits this morning with my coffee and for snack I had nuts and yogurt. I plan on going to the gym later for about an hour so lets see what happens there. Not sure what I plan to eat for lunch or dinner but I know it will be something good. I will try at least.
I got my lip pierced last night so some foods are a little harder to eat but I still can find healthy foods. Ok going to clean up the house so that I can go to the gym.
