Once more I make an entry. Trying my best to keep at it. Every 10 lbs or so is hard to make the transition to the next 10 lbs. From 170 -169lbs is hard. From 160 - 159 is hard. >_<

Man, I've been off track for some time now. I haven't counted any calories in a bit, and doubt that I've eaten any better to say the least. I'm afraid to step on the scale, but I know I must be vigilant on this. Let's do this once more. The progress has commensed!

So, I've decided to order out for pizza today at Domino's Pizza. BAD IDEA! I ate 4 pepperoni Pizza's before I knew it. Not to mention that ungodly, Chocolate Lava cake or something. 357 calories for the one! Insane! That's it! No more Domino's for me. That shit is poison to my eating style.

I know I've been about 1000 calories under my burn, but I should have ate that still. Just for the 4 slices and the chocolate cake, I consumed 1100ish calories and it was only for lunch. (Which lasted 5 hours) Lol. Time to get back on straight. I was doing so well too.

It's been a week now, and I've yet to buy that damn bike. When I went to Kmart to purchase the bike, all they had were womens bilkes. Arg. I think I'll check again tomorrow. I really need to get on the ball and get moving. Later

Entry Journal a day...fail

I used to write a journal a day, not it's more like 1-3 times a week. I don't mind that as much. I just want to make sure that I keep updating my calories/day. If not, I'm going to feel real bad about not sticking to it. Now that I'm buying my bike today, I wonder if I have to increase my calorie intake to help my body prevent starvation mode. That would be a helpful thing to know.  I should hit the forums.

Entry Feeling so Bleh

God, I've seen the results as I step on the scale. However, I just don't feel like I'm getting anywhere. I've been lagging in my activity log. It was getting filled with a bunch of jarble that seemed rather useless to log at all. So, to help me back on my "prep" I'm going to buy a bike (and keep it away from my thieving family), and log those. With me riding my bike everywhere, I think I can become even MORE active than I was before.

I rather miss riding my bike to work.

Entry How long has it been?

Went on two vacations back to back, and neither had very good eating habits. I need to get back on track and get on it fast. So, to make up for the lost time, I'm going to go for 1500 cal diet instead of the usual 1659 cal intake. This should help mend the lost time.

Crap! I feel like I cheated and fell off the band wagon here. On Sunday, I ordered a grilled chicken Salad and ate about 1/2 of it. Now that shouldn't make me feel too bad, but I felt bloated. I haven't felt that way since I started this diet and makes me think that I over ate. Now, today (7/13/09. I started this late), I ate the other half for lunch and a turkey hoagie for dinner and some fries. However, I didnt feel as bloated but I did feel much more full than usual. I ate that at 7ish, and even now I still feel full. Usually, by now I feel a bit hungry. I need to get a food scale or vow never to order out while using the food calorie. I can never tell what "1 serving" really is. I should work out harder this week to make up for it, or go for 1500 calories for the rest of the week should even me out.

Crap! I slept all day and never got a chance to eat lunch or dinner. Working the graveyard shift is sucking. I didnt eat at work. I ate breakfast at home and slept until it was time to go to work again. Didnt mean to do that. So, with only 800ish calories in a day, once again I go under my calorie intake. Hope this wont compromise my achievements.

Man! This is harder than it looks. First, I eat too little. Then, I eat a little too much.  2 Days I went over my calorie limit. One of those days I went over by 93 and the other by 45. Now, I'm not so sure if that is such a big deal, but I doubt that it'll help any. I just need to be a bit more careful.

On a brighter side, my arm is feeling a hell of a lot better. The ache is still there and burning, but the pain is gone. I'll leave it out of commission for a while still to make sure it's completely rested and restored. Would hate to have completely torn some muscle and make my arm useless.
