I've been eating a lot less! but once a day, for dinner- I eat a nice sized quality meal (basically I dont "watch" what im eating.) The rest of the day i snack on a few pretzels and coffee. Terrible, maybe but I know myself and I eat a lot for dinner and evening snacks, so i leave calorie room for my vice. Lost 6 lbs. 21 more to go, whooray
