I decided today that for Thanksgiving I will be making an entirely healthy meal. Turkey already is and I will be adding new things to the dinner table. Instead of the usual mashed potatoes, gravy, corn and whatever casserole. Although I do love those things...I have to try to stay on track.
Since I have a husband who won't eat anything that is good for him, I plan to experiment before the big day. I will be making 1 side dish that is different everyday to go with a meal. Then he can at least taste them. If he doesn't like it, then I know where I can cut back on my cooking. My guess is...all he'll be eating is turkey! :D
