			<title>I'm back!</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;font color=&quot;#ff99cc&quot;&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Happy Thought/Event of the Day: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;font color=&quot;#ff0000&quot;&gt;&lt;font color=&quot;#ff99cc&quot;&gt;After a crazy busy summer and slowing falling down the slipper slope of non-counting, I am back.&amp;nbsp; I weighed in this morning at 168 (*gasp*) and decided enough was enough.&amp;nbsp; I am hoping (praying) that 3-5 pounds of that is salt/water weight from the belated wedding/new home party we had this weekend and my continuous eating of left overs after wards.&amp;nbsp; I am shooting to get down to 145.&amp;nbsp; No particular time line although it would be nice to be at that by the time we go on our super belated honeymoon in December.&amp;nbsp; We shall see...&amp;nbsp; My plan is to eat 1500 cals 4 times a week (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Sat), 1700 2 times a week (Sunday, Wednesday), and 1900 1 time a week (Friday).&amp;nbsp; I am still running three times a week so that will continue.&amp;nbsp; I have also been walking the new puppy at least once, if not twice the other days of the week.&amp;nbsp; I am hoping to fit in weight training somewhere (maybe Sun and Wed?), but will figure that out once school starts.&amp;nbsp; I am also hoping to pay particular attention to my sugar intake and hopefully start cutting it back drastically.&amp;nbsp; I have been thinking a lot about starting to eat clean but am not quite ready for that yet.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I'm still here.&amp;nbsp; Just have been busy (as usual) and not really feeling complied to post every day.&amp;nbsp; Still logging all of my food breakfast-evening, then I don't log my dinner and evening snack.&amp;nbsp; I'm trying to shift to just knowing the calorie content of the things I am eating, not logging it.&amp;nbsp; It seems to be working - here are the lastest numbers from my last study check-in:&lt;font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Getting a puppy?</title>

			<title>When will life slow down?!</title>
