the less food (calories) i eat, the more energy i have -when i under eat, i feel better.
when i do eat a proper meal, i just feel like i am in a food coma. when i break down the nutrition/calorie count, i am in a healthy range. hmmmm... this is another sign that i do not use food correctly.
i am being pretty consistent (and more importantly, aware) on what i eat and how active i am, but i have had a hand full of days where i purposely look for the food coma and food reward. i think regulating what i eat would really help me so i do not have to think about what i "feel" like eating.
