I'm really close to my goal weight of 120 - I was hoping to reach it by Thanksgiving because I'm seeing all my high school friend for a hot tub party AND I'm recently engaged and of course I'll see all the family on Thanksgiving. That put my minigoal at 1lb per week. All of a sudden it looks like I might reach that goal by next week because I've been losing more than one pound per week!! OH MY!! So, I might adjust my Thanksgiving goal to 118. This puts my BMI at around 19...I'm wondering if this is too low...but for my body shape I dont think that I'll look too thin - plus I'm gaining so much muscle b/c of my working out. Hmm...I guess we'll see what happens!
You are almost there! Proud of you, girl! So, I took a nutrition class this semester, and 18.5 is the lowest healthy BMI. With a BMI of 19, you're doing great! Have a great Thanksgiving!
