Well for some reason my eating has been a little out of control and not really sure why. I know I have not been able to work out much because I hurt my back and I really need to start going to the gym and at least walk on the treadmill and do some upper body. I set a smaller goal for myself this time around. I want to get to 180 by Feb 20th of 2010. That is when I start my full time clinic and stop working at GBMC part time. I just need to stop eating out and just focus on eating 6 small meals of about two hundred calories a piece. I want to focus on getting at least 30 miniutes of cardio a day and strength training twice a week. Keep it simple for right now as I go into the holidays.
