30 mins of wii aerobic work. Batteries died so I had to stop, husband is s'pose to bring more home from work. Anniversary so did awful on cals, like 3000 for the day awful. Yuck, will have to work really hard to burn it tomorrow.

Yoga and sidelines. I'm soar, sooooo soar. That's why I did the yoga. A lot of my husband's family doesn't have a job right now (economy and all that jazz) so we're not doing presents this year. Instead they're just using what little money they have to come down to AR and spend time with each other. That's great, the bad news is my m.i.l. wants to make a bunch of food (it's one of those "i can't show love w/gifts so i'll show it w/food" things). I know some where in the back of my head that I just need to watch portions, but it'll be Christmas day, I think the sain voice of reason is going to get drowned out by the smells of southern cooking. Hopefully there's meat in everything so I can't eat it, lol!

Did 20mins pilates tape. I use to not be able to do the teaser at all. Then I got to where I could lift my legs and inch off the ground. Today I realized I could lift them a little higher -- I was stoked! It's nice to see progress, especially when they scale won't budge. Also did 20mins of wii fit aerobics. That boxing routine always makes me tired and always surprised me that it makes me tired, looks so stupid, lol.

Yoga 25mins, Pilates 35mins, TOTAL 1hr.
Yay! It's been so long since I got a really good workout I forgot how much I like that natural exercise high. Now I'm trying to toss together my meal plan for the day. Darn, I'm craving a good tofurkey sandwich w/extra mayo but I don't feel like going to the health food store to buy it right now. I'll settle w/whole wheat pita bread with red pepper humus.

Starting Nov. 14th:
Exercise 30 mins - 1 hr EVERY SINGLE DAY. Each 10 days completed earn a reward. Don't exercise then you get no rewards and loose the game. Complete all 40days and win the game. FUN :)
