I'm trying to get back on track with keeping up with my calories, and just cutting back. I'm upset that I might have to shrink my stomach again. (Not surgical)...just shrinking it by eating less. I did that about 2 months ago, and has been since, until I feel this past weekend. I over ate. I haven't even eaten a whole lot this morning for breakfast and I'm starving still....ugh
. It was so hard for me to do this in the beginning, and now I have to start from square one. I'm motivated, but yet I still can't exercise at all with my work schedule, so I'm really down. Thought to self- Is dieting with no exercise just impossible to lose weight?....help I need some encouragement.
