Today, I weighed myself this morning. Yea....I didnt lose anything. But the good news is...I'm very proud of myself and I'm going to keep it up. Even though 1300 a day is basically starving yourself, for me anyways. I have done good not going over and changing up what I eat. This week, with me just starting, I have went over 1300 by just 100 or less. So I feel good about it in a sense because I was eating over 2000 I'm sure. Never really counted. I cant exercise with work, so I'm thinking it will just help me keep it off. I hope not though. One day I will be able to work just one job, but right now I have wayyyyyy to many bills.
