So the last time I weighed before I went home from school I was 135, I came back about 3 weeks later at 141, now, not even 2 weeks later I am back down to 135. Why is it that it's so easy for me to get back down to that number but when I want to go to 134, it just doesn't happen. What's up? I exercise plenty running about 12 miles a week, I usually am at about 1500 calories, what else can I possibly do? dang

I feel like I have been running into a brick wall these past weeks with my running. I was getting tired at 2 miles and my heart rate was ridiculously high and then last Friday I got on the treadmill and killed it, I felt like I was walking for 4.5 miles. It has continued into this week so I am pumped! Eating on the other hand is a different story. I've been really bad lately, I am fine if I'm busy but if I'm home I crave pasta like crazy. I have been hovering between 134 and 136 for a month now. I hope I stay on track.

After going up and down between 138 and 136 since July, I finally hit my lowest weight of 134!!!! I had to step on the scale twice so I could be sure of it :) I hope I can keep this up and keep training. Mini Marathon is next weekend, 5 lbs away from goal :)

I've been at college since Friday and I am very very afraid of counting all of the calories I have consumed. I ate good foods and know that I ate healthy but the drinking! I can't say no. We had a keggar at my house and I love beer. I had a great time and it was worth it but whoa I do not even want to know how many calories I consumed that night. Last night I went out and did not plan to drink. I got a red cup and put water in it so no one would bother me about not having a drink and then a very drunk friend of mine brought me a shot and was like you're doing it with me, so I did and that was all I had, but it's still some calories I didn't need. :( This is how I put 7 pounds that I lost back on last year, dang. How do you say no to beer?

So I added a couple of new photos, two are of my stomach and stuff, I was afraid to put them up at first but a lot of other people have the guts so I should too. It's really frustrating when I see other pictures of women my size but with much flatter stomachs, its like mine has this pooch that will never go away. I am seriously hoping that going down to 130 will take care of it for good. I also do plenty of ab work and I know that is not going to fix it. Any advice?

Maybe I should have started doing this earlier. I started here in May at 145 pounds and was able to get down to 135 by the end of June, July was a really bad month for me because I went out of town every weekend and I worked a full time and part time job so it was really difficult for me to work out, let alone get enough sleep. At the end of that month I was back up to 140, sucks right? Well I am done with the pt job and now I'm back on track, down to 138 and ready to roll. I have like 2 months until my mini marathon so I have to get my butt in serious gear. :)
