Entry running breakthrough

I feel like I have been running into a brick wall these past weeks with my running.  I was getting tired at 2 miles and my heart rate was ridiculously high and then last Friday I got on the treadmill and killed it, I felt like I was walking for 4.5 miles.  It has continued into this week so I am pumped!  Eating on the other hand is a different story. I've been really bad lately, I am fine if I'm busy but if I'm home I crave pasta like crazy.  I have been hovering between 134 and 136 for a month now.  I hope I stay on track.

Running is like that... I always get so hungry when I am training hard.  I tend to think that if I run more-  I can eat more... but I won't loose the weight that way!!  You will do great just keep busy or on the weekends if I am really hungry and have time I take a nap.
