I started school and a full-time internship in September and have been insanely stressed out over money and just generally adjusting to a new life.  I've somehow managed to run 3-4 times a week, and maintain my weight.  I'm currently at 129, but I think I'd like to try to drop about 5 more pounds to be at my ideal weight.  This past week I was sick with what I think was the flu, and was only able to run once, so I know my endurance has gone down a bit.  My long runs are on Saturdays, and I shoot for 6- 6.5 miles.  The rest of the week I run 3.5-4 miles, with a day rest between each run.   I was able to run 3.5 last night with no discomfort, and today I feel fine, so I think I'm going to shoot for 4 miles today.

I haven't been paying any attention to calories or even really nutrition.  The biggest concern has been economy, so we buy ingredients to make meals that will last a few days (chicken casseroles, eggplant parm, shepherd's pie). Not exactly healthy stuff!

I'd like to add in more vegetables, cost permitting, and cut down on portion sizes to reach my goal.
