Week 1 was pretty rocky. I went in with great intentions; worked out Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, but stopped Friday-today. This weekend I had a baby shower for Hayley that I had to drive to Dallas for. My eating habits haven't gotten much better: 2 McDonalds runs, spoon eating out of the Cookies and Cream ice cream, and bad choices when eating out. Hopefully this week will be better.
