Well, I did ok today . . . didn't get everything done that I meant to, but it was a good start. I at least sat down and redefined my goals which I'll post on my profile to remind me daily what it is I aim to do.
I've slacked in alot of areas the last 2 months, not just weight loss. So starting tomorrow I'm back on a schedule and planning out my time daily. When I do this I really feel like I'm accomplishing something. I'll make my list every evening and stick to it the next day.
Wednesday List
7 am - get up and get started
8 am - drop Kasey at school and speak to her teacher about Biology
8:30 am - start tanning again. I feel so much better when I do it.
9 am - back home for breakfast - english muffin, bacon, milk with carnation
10 am - some sort of exercise, a walk, bike ride, aerobics
11 am - sort and repack Christmas stuff
1 pm - lunch and computer time - tuna on wasa w/light mayo, orange
2:20 pm - pick up Kasey from school
2:30 pm - light house work, make bed, pick up, dishes
3:45 pm - drop Kasey at work
4 pm - get oil changed
5 pm - apply at Sam's Club Eagan
6 pm - dinner - turkey club sandwich, pears, pretzels
Evening time, reading, computer, planning, shower, etc.
10 pm - pick up Kasey from work
11 pm - bed
I adjusted my settings today to sedentary. Allowing myself 1200-1400 calories per day, burning around 1700 and hopefully getting in a 300 hundred calorie activity in every day. I'd be happy with a 500-800 calorie deficit. I only managed a B+ nutrition wise, not enough protein, too much fat. I'll work on that. Calories 1206 for the day, burn 1690 with no exercise at all.
Tomorrow will be better.
hee hee. I'm looking at pad of paper on my desk that schedules my Wedesday just like yours, except I have a lot more cleaning and yard work and a lot less running around! Great minds think alike.....foold seldom differ! |
I'm a list person . . . always have been. Helps me keep stuff straight in my head, prioritize and it feels good to check it all off. I seem to accomplish more. Not sure why I fell out of the habit the last month or two, but back to it now. Yes, we can do this. |
