Today is the first day that I have decided to lose weight the right way. No more fad diets for me. I have tried so many diets from Weight Watches to Medifast and I have always gained the weight back. I am looking forward to losing my weight battle this time for good. I plan to exercise at least 5 days a week, and eat healthy - no more low carb diets and denying myself normal healthy foods. I would like to be at least 30 lbs lighter by the time my birthday comes around in March and look forward to meeting this short-term goal, which I should be able to accomplish.
I did pretty good today - managed to stay under 1600 calories. I will have some herbal tea tonight for something with taste.
I look forward to posting about my journey and all of my success.
