8:00-9:00 AM- 300 calorie breakfast

10:00-11:00 AM- 150 calorie snack

12:00-1:00 PM- 400 calorie lunch

3:00-4:00 PM- 150 calorie snack

6:00- 500 calorie dinner

Total: 1,400 calories

Hey that's great!

I'm going to use this as a guideline myself ^^ I just need to add some calories somewhere and change the 3rd time (because I'm never hungry at 12.00-1.00, it's always around 2PM)..

So thanks ^_^

Oy you're lucky you don't get hungry midday...I'm always famished! I don't know what the specifics of your diet and calorie intake are but when I used to follow a 1,500 calorie diet, my first meal was 300 cals, second was 150, third was 400, fourth was 150, and fifth was 500. Hope that helps!

Yeah I guess I get hungry at 11.00 AM so I eat more than a snack (maybe half a lunch?), and then at 2.00 PM I eat the other half, or something like that.

It's all about finding what feels good right? :)
