My husband seems to be on board with me this time and when he actually really wants to lose some weight, he does. I think he'll be a good influence on me (He is certainly a bad one when he wants to be). He is complaining about clothes being tight now, so I certainly thing he'll do at least a little bit. Today, after several months, I have entered my food in for the day. That doesn't mean I ate well, but I tracked it.
I managed to get down to 174 (from 181 previously) and then lost control again. I am sitting at 177 from the Halloween candy gorging. Tomorrow, I will need to make up goals and refigure calorie intake to figure it all out. My focus is going to be getting up and moving! I want to exercise.
Awesome :) My bf wants to gain. He is on the low end of healthy, but based on his frame I think he needs to be in the middle. So we have very opposite problems. I think I encourage him some when I talk about the push ups I do to get into weights some. |

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
