It is so good to see you guys! So tell me how are you all doing?
The nutritionist was awesome and she said that she doesn't even eat as healthy as I do which was great to hear. If you recall I was always manic about what went in my mouth (at least prior to the tornado). I am sticking with my whole food plan that contains at least 6-8 servings of veggies, 2 servings of fruit, one serving of protein etc. I am usually always in the following percentages:
Carbs - 50%
Protein - 25%
Fat - 20%
I can't believe that I gained back all this weight but I am back on the path and that is all that matters.
You would have to be healthy with all those servings of vegetation every day. Do you try to eat the whole rainbow of colors when it comes to vegetables? |
I try to but I find that I tend to lean toward the green vegetables and Edamame is an absolute favorite! |
