I've been going to the gym daily for the past week or so at lunch to take whatever strength training class they offer (and went to hip hop today). I've been pretty good with eating and drinking lots of H20. And today I was at 136 ... higher than I have been in about 3 months ...
It could be water weight from working out! The same things happen to me. Are you eating salty foods? |
See, that's what I thought (water weight), but didn't know that you got water weight from working out! I know I didn't gain 5lbs in a week :-) I had some cured meat (sausage) and olives last night in a salad which was salty ... maybe it was that. I'm just going to keep drinking water and eating well ... and try to stay more positive! |
Your muscles hold onto water when you strength train! Hang in there, you will see your body changing :) |
Thanks Nicole ... you are so sweet :-) |
