Entry Pilates and banana bread

Went to Pilates last night, but unfortunately it was only a 45 minute class. I wish the classes at my new gym were all 60 minutes (like at the old gym) but the new gym is much busier so they have to fit more ppl in I guess. Oh well, burned 220 cals, which is better than nothing.

After pilates I went grocery shopping because the store near my bldg was having a huge sale. I was te best shopper ... I got $150 worth of food for $90!

Also made banana bread last night but it didn't turn out so hot. I tried subbing some ingredients with more healthful ones (applesauce for oil, yogurt for buttermilk, and some whole wheat flour instead of all AP four). It turned out a little too dense for my taste, which is probably because of the whole wheat flour. Next time I'll only tweak one or two things instead of all of them :-)

Ha!  It's a plus if the banana bread isn't too good -- keeps you from eating too much :P
