I should have woken up early to run/eliptical this morning but I didn't -- I was WAY too tired. Instead hopefully I will be able to get to the gym after work. We are going out at 8pm to watch the Phillies hopefully clench the NLCS so chances are I will not be having the healthiest dinner at the bar :-) I've definietly been taking the easy way out lately with pilates and cardio classes. They are definietly still workouts, but I really need to get in some lifting to tone a bit more.
There aren't a whole lot of total body classes today (go figure) but they do have yoga sculpt (?), boxing, and a total body class (but not until 6:30pm). Will have to tihnk about this.
I would do boxing or the total body class if you have time. Boxing is a great workout, plus you can get rid of any agression you might have :) Have fun watching the Phillies tonight! |
