Entry Scale is finally moving

Well - I have been stuck at the same weight like it seems forever, but with trial and error have finally been able to break the plateau.  Have taken to running more and and trying to get to 25-30 miles per week.

Hips are getting older and are complaining, but I guess they will get used to it.  I have to remember not to run so far EVERY day and give the 'ol legs some rest, but thank god things are changing now.
