			<description>&lt;p&gt;I don't know why but every time I go to my boyfriends house I eat like crap. It is his weekend and subsequently my weekend. Thursday I got drunk off whiskey and coke, then the next day I literally ate a thing of little ceasers bread sticks, half a pizza and a small blizzard. thats it. so bad so bad. I even brought healthy snacks thinking I was going to do better this time .&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I did really well at an interview at Starbucks today and on Monday I have an interview at Victoria Secret. I will for sure get the VS one because by best friend has worked there for four years. If I get offered both I don't know which one to pick. 			<title>today I ate . . . </title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I wanted to write what I ate today. It ended up being a little over 1500 cals&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;BK- wheat eggo, 3 egg whites, 1/2 slice cheese&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;SN- Apple, half a little bag of sun chips (Stoped myself yeah!!)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;LN- Cup of tomato soup, half of chicken sandwich with 1/2 slice cheese&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;SN- Ants on a log! so fun, string cheese&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;SN- animal crackers and coffee (needed it was so tired, blood sugar was down)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;DN- Made a salad with tofu, black beans, corn, avocado, and tomato&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Its a lot, but it wasn't that bad in calories. The analysis says I need more protein and less fat. I printed out the eat clean food dairy so I can see what I have eaten during the day.&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/araymond61/340718.html</comments>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I was just playing with the tools on CC and it told me to get to my goal weight it will take till January 7th! Oh man I have to lose two pounds a week till that date to get to my goal weight. This is some definite life changes that need to happen. I ate a whole hamburger today! I don't know when I have done that before. I am noticing that I am eating closer to what my boyfriend eats serving wise. This is not good he is a 250 pound man. Not me. We should never eat anything close to the same size.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Today went good</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;So today was okay. I applied to two Starbucks this morning and one called me on my way to work! I have an interview with the one by my work on Monday. I actually was productive at work and made a pretty map.** So happy about that. Then I left at one and took my grandma shopping. We went to lunch and I had a tostada and a margerita. Not so good. Even worse is that I took her to Sonic on the way home for an ice cream cone. My boyfriend had given me two free coupons a couple weeks back.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;When I got home I went on a hour and forty minute bike ride when I got home so hopefully that helps burn some of those calories today. My grandma bought a papa murphys delight pizza on the way home so I might grab one piece here soon. I will use will power and just enjoy one piece.&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;So yesterday I went to a restaurant downtown that I usually don't go to. I got a Po'Boy sandwich which lets face it is the only place to get one in Spokane. It was so good but I felt so sick afterward!! I have never felt that sick after eating something. I think it was because I have been eating clean. So when I did eat something deep-fried my body was not happy.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Even with eating the unhealthy lunch I still managed to lose a pound. I think it was because I worked out twice yesterday. I went in the morning to the Gym then went Mountain Biking with a friend at night.&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;So today I think I did pretty good&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;BK: oatmeal, oatbran, flaxseed and two egg whites&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;LN: Chicken Salad and two prunes&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Sn: pirate booty (can't stay away from him), Luna Bar&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Spin class- kicked butt burned 1100 cals!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Diner- Salad, two papa murphy's delight slices, coffee with hersey syurp and half and half (I really needed the sweet)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;All in all it was around 1600 cals. 			<title>Taco tuesday</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;So I had fun on Taco Tuesday. I was good and had the salad with no cheese and no dressing, though I had them put refired beans on it(MMMM). I love refired beans. Though I had two beers with a shot of tequilla in each. The second one was brought to me I didn't ask for it. Then since I was tipsy I had a&amp;nbsp; vodka diet seven at the bar near by.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;School is ending. I am graduating satuday so I guess I'll try but starting Sunday I'm really cracking down.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

Opps and Im going out tonight. My boyfriend and I are going to Taco Tuesday at Azteca. Im getting one light beer and a chicken taco salad sans cheese, dressing and shell. 			<title>Clean Eating</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Tomorrow I making the jump to clean eating. I am really excited. Turns out I have no motivation to exercise when Im not eating nice. So here is my meal plan for tomorrow:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;7:30 1 cup oatmeal tbsp ground flaxseed, 2 egg whites&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;10:30 1 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup cottage cheese&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1:30 Full sandwich (little scared for that used to only having half) a little V8! random veggies&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4:30 muscle milk light post workout protein shake, veggies&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So far that is 1,000cals. Dinner is with the BF at around 7:30 to 8. I think I can order a light dinner. It seems really healthy and I am so excited. Yeah me. Wish me luck. I want to stop counting soon but i need to get a grip on what Im eating. I really need to lose at least 20lbs.&lt;/p&gt;
