Sodium is high due to pizza for dinner.  I was amazed that I remained under my burn even without adding in the exercise today.  That never would have happened in the past when we ordered pizza.

My S & L challenge this week is to do 250 minutes of physical activity from Sunday 7/19 to Sat 7/25. As of this evening I'm at 135/250. Only 115 minutes left to go and it's only Monday!  I think this is what I've needed all along.  I used to set weekly "challenges" or goals but had stopped. Maybe I should consider going back to this method!

I wasn't aware pizza had so much sodium.  Your analysis looks good other wise.

Take care and God Bless.
