			<description>&lt;p&gt;I promised myself i wouldn't do this... i slipped .. although i dont feel tooo toooo bad i definitely ate waaay too much .. but im not going to consider this a failure and start from day 1 all over again.. instead i will give myself this one chance and pick myself up. I figure if i stick to 1200 tomorrow and sunday and get some good workouts in i should be fine. Ughh&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Ok ..so school is over.. im just waiting to get a drive home. so far today i have eaten about 850 calories .. which leaves me with a good 300-500 calories .. whatever I shoot for. I would say about 400 would be good.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am exhausted .. so i will probably take a power nap when i get home tonight!! maybe if my dads home late i will make myself some eggs or something ... or a nice salad with some sweet potato fries.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;NO BINGING THIS WEEKEND!!! I BETTER NOT BINGE&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i know i wont .. ive made too much progress . i think i am at about 125&amp;nbsp; right now which is pretty good . Goals:&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Day 10 comin right up! wow this is so easy and i feel so much better about myself living a life free of binge eating! this morning i had a bagel with almond butter and skim milk which filled me up really nicely!! im going in late to school today .. maybe like 11:45ish .. so i will have some yogurt as a snack before i go in. i cant wait to just go home tonight!! tonight is the parade in unionville .. but i dont no if my neck could survive it. my goal for today is:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1200-1300 calories&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;drink at least 3 litres of water --- flush all those pils out of my system&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Get a decent amount of sleep tonight&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;PS . I just noticed that all my dates are wrong .. today is write though .. it is friday december 5&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Ok .. so Day 9 .. I only managed to get to about 1000-1100 calories .. not very good .. but im not too hungry&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Tomorrow I will make sure to eat upward of 1200 calories... Im EXHAUSTED .. but i still have quite a bit of work to finish :(&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;im so sick of sitting around and doing nothing .. i will be so happy when my neck is back to normal&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Tomorrow won't be ideal for weigh in .. these pills are making me bloat like nuts .. next week i have my period .. so lets say that my first weigh in will be ..Friday December 19 ... its a while from now .. so I don't see any reason why I shouldnt be around 122-123ish...&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Ok, so I am about to go get some sleep but I think today was alright overall.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;B - eggs and toast (260)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;S - apple (50)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;L - turkey and tomato sandwich (200)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;S&amp;nbsp;- yogurt + grapes (150)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;D - beef stew&amp;nbsp;(600ish?)&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Alright, I meant to include all of this in my last post..&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;No chewing gum .. it makes me feel so sick so i dont even know why i do in the first place&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;CHUG water&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Drink at least 3 cups of green tea.. which i pretty much have been doing consistently&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Get at least 30 minutes of exercise each day ! VERY important&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Keep calories between 1200 and 1500 depending on activity level --&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;this weeks guidelines:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Monday&amp;nbsp;- 1400&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Tuesday - 1300&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Wednesday - 1200&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Thursday - 1500&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;OOOOk .. so it is now 8:30ish and so far i have had my breakfast of poached eggs and toast .. plus some water and green tea.. i think i might do some yoga . and then i will have my morning snack .. more green tea with a small golden delicious apple. Today will be a strict work day .. and that is definite!!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;ok i will update later.. but for the record .. my cals are about 280ish or something.&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Ok .. so it is now about 5:00 pm and i am getting ready to head off to dance!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Today I had about 1200-1300 calories .. im not sure whether I should throw in a hundred or so more...i have a long night of dance and i dont want to run out of energy! i will just bring a granola bar with me.. just in case! uuuum ok so tomorrow is a PA Day ... if im up early i might go for a nice morning walk.. or do some yoga .. im not too sure. I will aim for about 1300 calories .. im scared 1200 is waaaay too low.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;PS.. I am really starting to see a connection between me and HIMM!!!!!!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It could definitely just be me seeing what i want to see haha but ooooh well.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;kashi granola bar&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;total calories aroundd (800?)&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Alright! Back on track! Ok.. so today I am volunteering at a senior's home for the majority of the day ... so my menu will be as follows:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;For breakfast I had&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2 poached eggs (140)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 slice multigrain bread (100)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 raspberry yogurt (100)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Morning snack I will bring an apple (70)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Lunch&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 bagel (260)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;turkey slices (100)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;tomato (30)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;800 calories! not including another small snack + dinner&lt;/p&gt;
