My Greatest Loser goal is to achieve and maintain a healthy weight and to condition my body so I have more strength, stamina and energy.
There, my home work is done. That is the worst part of doing this contest, not the weigh-ins, which stink, but having to keep track of everything I eat and write all this stuff down.
I know that everything I read says that dieters who journal are more likely to be successful, but I just hate that obligation to do it.
I am a grown up! Why should I let someone tell me what to do. They're not the boss of me! lol
