So... I did it. I got the 7 day pass to the new gym. It is not very fancy, but I kind of like that. I did the elliptical for 38 minutes yesterday. I didn't do any weights because it takes me some time to become comfortable in the gym.
I am going to head over there a little bit earlier today, and take my time to look around. I will probably start out with weights before it gets too busy and then finish off with cardio.
Tonight is also the biggest loser. I think I am going to try and get back into the routine of doing some light resistance/strength training exercises while I watch the t.v. show.
I feel REALLY good today after working out yesterday. I am going to keep it up this time. I can feel it. I will be back in shape before you know it!
