I did fairly well yesterday.... resisted temptations to buy a bunch of crap at the store.  I did eat a little over my calories, but I worked out really hard last night.

Today, I'm down 2 pounds.  I still feel like I've got lots of retention so I need to push water today, too.  I drank over 140 ounces yesterday.... that's a lot of water! 

Today will be a very good day.  I had a yogurt and granola for breakfast...along with 2 cups of coffee (with sugar free vanilla syrup).  For lunch I'll have my sandwich and light chips...then maybe a salad later.  For dinner, I'll make Chicken, basmati rice, and Indian sauce.  It's really good....and around 500 cals.  That will put me right around 1100 cals... for breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner... hmm, that means I can have something else, too...  We'll see how it goes. 

Tomorrow, all three of us are going to "The Taste" of Chicago.  We are planning on driving in (since I want to take the BIG stroller for KJ).  It starts at 11, and we get there right around 11, and usually leave around 12:30 or 1...by then, it's just too hot, too crowded, and we're full!    So, tomorrow will be a bad day, but it'll be the only bad day this week.  Then, I'm going to the taste again with a friend next Friday, so that'll be the only bad day for me that week.

KJ and I aren't going to do much today...a lot of relaxing.  He was up super early today... 5:45...   man, it was early!   well, enjoy the day!  :)

I am so glad to hear that the pounds are dropping again for you.

Have fun at the taste.  Hubby and I might go next week.

Drinkin so much water is fun huh? I drink about 140oz or more a day and boy do I pee a bunch. The cost of toilet paper better not go up, or i'm screwed LoL.
