Yea! 4lbs to the good! First day of following Tesco Meal Plans and have to say I've just had a 405 cal dinner (Veg Stir Fry) and it's taken me nearly 20 mins to eat and I'm so full have 120 cal left for a snack but at the moment can't even contemplate it.

So nearly the end of week 1 and I'm sticking to the rules - the fact that we are in the middle of a heatwave is helping loads. Drinking 2l of water every day and eating more fruit and veg because of the sunny weather. WI on Day 8! 36 Hours to go!

So Day 5 and I'm still sticking to it - even though I felt guilty by having a shop bought sandwich on a huge white teacake with lashings of mayonnaise worked out the calories and had a low cal tea (baked beans on toast) - which was a small victory the post CC me would have thought "well I've ruined that day may as well start again tomorrow" and then promptly gone home and eaten chips or pizza. So all in all I'm a happy bunny and looking forward to my first weigh in on Day 7!

It is so hot at the moment I think I'm going to melt. It's making it easier to eat salads and fruit though as it's just way too humid to think about hot food. Today I've stuck to my calories; drunk the water and exercised (just I sweated buckets - tmi).

It's been stifling hot and I've drunk 3 bottles of water which is about 2 and a bit litres. So this afternoon at office snack time Emy broke out the choc bar biscuits and then went onto describe them in detail - crunchy biscuit base with caramel topping and lashings of choc and I resisted everybody ate and I resisted! Then DD comes back from nursery with choc fudge bar and says she doesn't like them and I can eat it - I resisted and left it at my Mum's! 2 resistances in one day.
Calories done! Water done! Exercise done! A very smug day indeed. :-)

So Day 2 done and I've stuck to the rules - the water's been a bit hard to get down today and I have to admit I'm having a choc craving as I'm typing - trying best to ignore it and fill up on water. I so want to see results and a difference like tomorrow and I know that's not going to happen just keep thinking 28 days to go!

Day 1 and managed to stay within my limit, drink 2 litres of water and exercise!
The only thing is I'm impatient and wish I was a size 10 now and at least 20lb lighter I was so shocked when I stood on the scales - have never been this heavy even when I was pregnant.
I've got my weight loss head on at the moment so feeling positive and determined and just going to look to hit my daily challenges:-
1) Exercise
2) Calorie Limit
3) 2 litres of water
