Well, I have lost 5 lbs., but I have been fasting 1 meal a day.  I started off fasting for my oldest daughter, but now it is for all of them and 1 day will be for Tom and I.  I didn't expect the weight to come off so fast.  I am trying to go back to what Marci told me to do

Marci- Diabetic Counselor- Plan

2 Carbs per meal, 1200 cal.

If I do what Sandi wanted me to do which is a little more, I don't know if the weight will come off as easy. 

Sandi- Team Baracterics- Plan

3 Carbs per meal, 1400 cal.

I think that I will start off with the 1200 cal and 2 carbs just to get myself under control.  I feel as though I have gone wild with food.  Just eating whatever I want and that is why I have gained 20 pounds.  I don't want to gain everything I worked so hard to lose.  I have still been able to keep 20lbs off.  I started battling my weight in August of 2007.  Since my surgery in March 25, 2008, I had not been able to get back on track.  I weighed 222 going into surgery and 217 when I went back to work in May of 08.  I have steadily been increasing. I went to team baractric to get some weight off.  I started at 235 and lost 10lbs.  So I thought wow, I will lose the rest, but I went to California and didn't get back into my routine.  I had to quit team baractrics in June.  So I gain 5lbs for my son's wedding.  I didn't think that was bad.  But, I was angry because I didn't want to quit going to place I enjoyed.  Excerising was fun and I meet new people.  I turned to food.  I gave up.  I didn't think my husband really cared.  I still don't feel his support in losing weight.  I am not sure why? I don't know.  I just know that I am struggle to sleep again and my sleep apnea is getting worse.  I need to lose this weight and feel good again.  I decided to get back into exercising.  I have always enjoyed walking.  So I decided to start taking Newman for walks.  The first day, he took me for a walk instead.  Yesterday, he started out walking me, then gave in to my speed and walked more with me.  I am only doing a mile so far. Hopefully, that will increase to 2 miles.
