Well today has been wonderful so far. Um, actually not so much.. My babies are sick, so the oldest was up until like 11:30 last night. Then after she went to sleep, I had to work out and do a bunch of bookwork, hit the sack and back up at 5 to be to work by 7. Argh! I think I might crawl under my desk and take a nap at work today though...

Well my weight is staying the same, I have been at 147 for a long time, almost a month a think. That sucks, but I guess at least I'm not gaining. And even better news I'm not pregnant again! I've been so worried, but I took a test and it was negative. *dances* Which makes me happy. Don't get me wrong, I love my kids, but having 3 kids under the age of 3 does not sound like much fun to me. Having two 12.5 months apart is hard enough! Anyways, so today, I think I'm going to eat a 1500 calorie day (I'm still breastfeeding so I can't go below that) and not work out at all to see if that will shake up my system so I can loose some more damn weight! I'm almost wondering if I haven't been eating enough. I've been consuming about 1600-1700 calories, but I've been running 4.5 miles and using my rowing machine for 15-20 minutes every day. Maybe thats too much? I don't know but I love doing it :)

Well hope you all have a great day!

Mornin! Maybe a small change will shake up your routine - get over that plateau?

Nothing's easy when kids are sick [and I couldn't agree more - 3 babies under 3, whoa!!! ] so keep at it!

p.s. your work outs are inspriring!

Ouch!  3 kids under the age of 3?  No thanks!  I've been trying to figure out when to try for our second one, and even 2 years apart seems to close for me.  Cole demands my constant attention.  How could I deal with a baby and him?  LOL!

Sorry yours are sick!  I hope they feel better soon. :)

Hmmm... the kids are still sick, huh? Well, sorry to say it looks like there's nothing left to do but give em each a shot of hot whiskey ;)

I'm SOOOOOOOO just kidding!!!!

It must be really hard having 2 that are just 12.5 months apart, but that is one BRILLIANT decision on your part! How do I know? Well my sister and I are 12.5 months apart and I feel SO lucky for that. Our childhood was amazing because we always had each other to play with and we were so close in age. And it also really sparked us to be creative and use our imaginations, because we were always coming up with new things to play (I will not elaborate on one of our not-so-hot choices... spinning each other around on the picnic table blindfolded and then pushing each other off backward). Hey, I said we were creative, not genius :) But anyway, I am so thankful that my mother had us so close together... you will see the many benefits in the upcoming years, I'm sure.

Tending to sick munchkins and then powering through a workout... you are a trooper! Stick with it, the results will come. And shaking it up a bit is probably a good idea too. Have a terrific remainder of the night hun!

P.S. I've got a TON of recipes... if you ever want to try something new, just ask. Oh yeah... it's true... I gets DOWN in da kitchen :)
