Right its been almost a month with very little in the way of results.
So I should b going to the Gym more frequently, but sometimes work just does not allow it.
I have been eating very healthy & have been sticking to around 1500 calories per day. This must be much healthier than my previous diet although similar in food, I was also consuming 1 - 2 bottles of red wine per night. I have almost completely cut out the wine (maybe once every two weeks) as I am also giving up smoking AGAIN. The two kind of go hand in hand.
Is it possible the giving up of smoking is slowing my metabolism? I would have thought that in just giving up the wine my body would be shedding kilos.
Anyway I have decided to try & eat 1200 calories per day - it would seem 1500 was too much
