Entry Overate day! Great exercise?

I had way too much to eat today and feel sick...July 4th BBQ-I lost it after dinner. I did fine w/portions but had a bit of EVERYTHING. As soon as we got home & tucked the kids in, I plugged in my 30 day shred & slapped on my new hr monitor & cal counter. I pushed myself hard, 414 cals burned and I was sweating! After all that I still feel stuffed and nauseous -lesson learned! Hopefully it doesn't hike my weight in the am!
