Overate day! Great exercise?

I had way too much to eat today and feel sick...July 4th BBQ-I lost it after dinner. I did fine w/portions but had a bit of EVERYTHING. As soon as we got home & tucked the kids in, I plugged in my 30 day shred & slapped on my new hr monitor & cal counter. I pushed myself hard, 414 cals burned and I was sweating! After all that I still feel stuffed and nauseous -lesson learned! Hopefully it doesn't hike my weight in the am!

Calorie Intake Calculation error..

Trying to get the hang of this site. I've already messed up when and miscalculated my daily calorie intake, I really had no clue & put in 1900. I knew something was wrong when I ate a lot yesterday & still couldn't consume that many calories no matter how hard I tried. I'm glad there was an advice button and corrected it to 1200. I still have a few hundred calories for the day, I think I'll have a serving of fat free sorbert!
