Entry Lost--------3 weeks of weight loss

This morning I realized that this week I am back to where I was 3 weeks ago.  This is understandable with the way I have been eating and not exercising but I couldn't help but think how easy that was, compared to how difficult it was to get to this point originally.  Going away for the weekend is hanging on for the week.  Out to lunch with my Shanghai friends today so I will have another challenge.

I will get back to my low point...........  I am so determined not to gain all these 30 pounds back. But have to get back to it now.  They have a way of creeping up and staying there.  I know how, I just need to do it.

That's IT!!! reclaim your loss and say you will NOT WIN.  I am more controlled than you eat unhealthy!  Oh the self talk, sometimes, it works for me. Try it (lol) Maybe it will work for you.

You will do it. A 'lost' weekend is just a blip, stay focused and remember all the new good habits you've learned. It might take a little while to get back on track, but you will do it- you've come too far to fall off the wagon for good now! It's so easy to stray from the 'healthy' path, but its not out of sight yet!

Have you thought about going back to logging food daily but not reading forums?   For me, logging is fun and since I'm home with the computer on most of the time, it isn't a chore.  I don't spend a lot of time on CC.
