So, my goal was to lose 2 lbs. per week...and I was a little worried that I stayed at the same weight for 2 days, but good news...I finally broke a decade...and am in the 180's now!!! I haven't seen that in about 2 years.
Feeling good---exercising, and feeling more energy!!!
